Daily NBA Fantasy Basketball Sleeper Picks – November 30

Sorry no picks yesterday – I started this site with some other writers, and now I’m the only one making picks. Sometimes I can’t get them up in time. Anyway, I can’t wait until tonight’s NBA action – another nice mix of games tonight. I think you can get some value picks from the guards tonight and load up on expensive bigs if you need to.

G – Dion Waiters vs Chicago
Dion has been hot recently and this is just a hunch he’s going to keep it rolling against a weaker Bulls team. The other reason why I have him on here is that there are rumors Cleveland wants to trade him, so they could be featuring him … he’s had back-to-back 30+ minuet games.

G – Aaron Brooks at San Antonio
With Jeremy Lin down and out, Brooks has been heating up. On some sites he’s still a super cheap option, other sites have adjusted his salary up but he’s still a value play for now.

G – Cory Joseph vs Houston
You will need to check if Tony Parker is out again tonight, if he is – Joseph started for him last night and did pretty good for a super cheap player.

G/F – Tony Allen vs New Jersey
Has played very well over the last 3 games for a player that is usually below the average price. Steady performer with little upside, but his consistency is an asset most nights.

F/C – DeJuan Blair vs Minnesota
Okay, so he’s starting now, and I’m in a few (season long) leagues where I’ve seen guys pick him up … that’s not a bad move but you need to be aware that he’s never going to play 30+ minuets like people think. He had injuries that dropped his draft stock several years ago, and teams know they can’t grind him for 35 minuets unless they really need to. Anyway, he’s a solid option in daily fantasy – you just need to be aware his minuets will always be capped despite how well he plays or what the ‘experts’ say.

F/C – Kosta Koufos vs New Jersey
This guy has been my perma-sleeper for a few games, and while his salary has gone up on all daily fantasy sites … I think he still has value when he’s less than the average price.
