Well If I had put all my best players on the same team I would have scored 158.75 points. However 3 average teams just missing out on the money Is what I got. My best player was Chris Sale with 32 points but sadly David Ortiz (22) was in another team.

My team for today based on BVP is as follows…

P Daniel Norris (DET) $7,000

With a 3.94 season ERA, Norris is not a sure thing. However the Twins aren’t a particularly scary line up to face & Norris should be in the 20-30 point range.

P David Price (BOS) $10,700

Price’s year started off badly, however Price has won all of his last 6 starts. Over that span He has tossed 42 innings with 42 strikeouts and allowed 10 earned runs. That’s an ERA of 2.14 with a K/9 of 9. He is facing a dangerous line up though although it will offer up strike outs.

C Johnathan Lucroy (TEX) $5,000

Lucroy is hitting .395 over the past 15 days, with 3 home runs. That makes him one of the hottest catchers in baseball.

1B James Loney (NYM) $2,600

Facing Latos he is 8/24 with 2 home runs, over the past 7 days Loney has gone 5/13 with a home run.

2B Ian Kinsler (DET) $4,300

He is 22/68 with 2 homers facing Santana, over the past 15 days he is hitting .349 with 2 home runs.

3B Manny Machado (BAL) $4,500

Facing Price he is 7/28 with 2 home runs, a bit of an oddity to see me play both him & his opposing pitcher but a solo home run from Machado would only cost Price 2.6 points. Over the past 15 days he is hitting .315 with 3 homers.

SS Alexei Ramirez (TB) $2,800

He is 14/33 with 5 RBI’s against Liriano, so he should do better than his season average of .238.

OF Carlos Beltran (TEX) $4,600

Facing Fister he is 4/9 with 1 homer, has hit .392 with 3 dingers and 13 RBI’s in last 15 days.

OF Jon Jay (SD) $3,000

Jay is 11/27 with a home runs facing Samardzija, Jay is hitting .293 for the season.

OF Mike Trout (LAA) $5,500

Trout only has one at bat against Miranda but it was a home run, Hitting .322 for the year & has 27 homers 25 steals.

I would be hoping for around the 135 point mark, hopefully any damage done by the Orioles is done by Machado or in the 9th inning. With Jon Jay & Alexei Ramirez hopefully their BVP numbers hold true and they post multi hit ballgames.
